Job Description
- Update the price list for all suppliers and vendors all over Egypt.
- Update rating guide for printing houses & advertising agency.
- Operation Excellence Process:
- Make deals with adverting agencies on regular basis as directed from the superior manager.
- Creates technical description to printing materials to include: brochures, Flyers, event-related materials and other items as needed for campaigns.
- Follow up on outdoor ads if there’s a problem on regular basis.
- Responsible for any installation or re-installation all materials in the BU (Hospital+OPDs) whether by weekly rounds or by request from managers.
- Make sure all materials needed are available and ready to be used by the marketing team on time after receiving the updated needed from BU.
Customer Satisfaction Process:
- Imposing Andalusia image and brand in all events and campaigns conducted by making sure all materials used and dispensed are of subsequent quality.
- Maintain Andalusia image and brand in all deals with agencies or vendors and make sure no negative feedback are sustained.
- Innovation Process:
- Search for new techniques of execution whether to increase quality or decrease cost.
- Search for new vendors and agencies to deal with for better execution of events.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of types of print out materials.
- Knowledge of production process.
- Senior Specialist has to have knowledge in basic
- Designing methods; colors to be used for better Quality.
Skills & Abilities
- Good time management, handling multiple
- Deadlines simultaneously.
- Good organizing skills.
- High communication skills, especially verbally.
If senior: basic editing skills.
- Must have the ability to communicate with vendors and suppliers smoothly, have a connection list of suppliers to deal with on spot.
