Job Description
Stylish Eve is looking forward to expand its Fulfillment Center with a committed and positive Fulfillment Specialist who will act as liaison between shipping company, internal teams, and external departments with effective precise communication!
- Oversee daily fulfillment process.
- Document all interactions and inventory movement in the appropriate system.
- Regularly update the system according to the Service Level Agreement.
- Create daily reports about delayed and received orders.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with the shipping company.
- Efficiently organize materials in the Fulfillment Center.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
- Responsible for preparing all products, along with its AWBs to be packaged and shipped.
- Coordinate with internal teams in product testing and inventory control of return/exchange and for the replacement of faulty products.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Background:
- 1-2 years of experience in fulfillment, shipping, or inventory management.
- Prior experience with inventory management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good English Level.
