Job Description
- Participate in preparing, implementing, and analyzing the annual financial and operational budget.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and all reporting packages Combined with financial analysis (Vertical analysis, Horizontal analysis and ratio analysis).
- Preparing monthly estimated cash flow statement in direct method.
- Preparing risk assessment analysis on quarterly basis.
- Preparing Opex variance analysis by cost center and reporting output to management.
- Revenue Analysis (Act. vs Bud /Prior Years).
- Daily reporting package (Revenue and cash) (Act. vs Bud /Prior Years).
- Controlling Opex and Capex.
- Prepares the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow budget.
- Prepares any reports requested by management for analyzing current operations.
- Rolling forecast based on actual performance parallel with budgeted.
- Prepare company long plan forecast.
Job Requirements
- This position will be working across ECC group (ECC, Infinity Clinic Pharma & Vision Cosmetics)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a diverse financial environment with progressive financial practices and systems
- Prior experience with financial analysis and financial modeling of P&Ls, Balance Sheets and Cash flows including projections and reconciliation with audited accounts
- Development of budgets with the respective departments across the organization
- Comparative analysis of actual vs budget monthly performance and respective commentary
- Excellent financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of capital structuring and financing schemes and options (debt / equity)
- Command of Arabic and English, written and verbal
