Job Description
- Collect and analyze information about the market and the competitors to ensure that our company is offering a competitive price in accordance to others and to identify improvements or recommend new Service needed
Implement the sales monthly plan through:
- Targeting potential customers by Initiating sales activities over the phone, arranging sales visits for new business opportunities and presenting our service.
- Maintain relationships with our current customers through handling questions, inquiries, and complaints and introduce our new service ……ETC.
- Develops training courses to new hired employee to support him with all the needed information’s about our service, markets and customer …. etc.
- Provides direct support to the sales executives through carrying out specific sales visits to improve sales executive effectiveness.
- Monitors, analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales executive visits, phone calls……. etc. to provides insight into sales executives’ productivity
- Follow up with the financial department the invoiced operation to ensure cash collection is paid on the due dates and to accelerate the payments process with customers if needed
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company when needed
- Receive booking from clients, advise the client with the price and follow up the shipment process with the operation section until the arrival of the shipment to its destination
Job Requirements
- Four-year bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a sales supervisor “in the same industry ( Freight Forwarding )
- Very Good English Language
- Great command of MS Office and Internet Surfing
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services
- Knowledge of principles and processes of CRM “ Customer Relationship Management
