Sales Supervisor - ( Freight Forwarding )

• Collect and analyze information about the market and the competitors to ensure that our company is offering a competitive price in accordance to others and to identify improvements or recommend new Service needed

Implement the sales monthly plan through:

• Targeting potential customers by Initiating sales activities over the phone, arranging sales visits for new business opportunities and presenting our service.
• Maintain relationships with our current customers through handling questions, inquiries, and complaints and introduce our new service ……ETC.
• Develops training courses to new hired employee to support him with all the needed information’s about our service, markets and customer …. etc. 
• Provides direct support to the sales executives through carrying out specific sales visits to improve sales executive effectiveness. 
• Monitors, analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales executive visits, phone calls……. etc. to provides insight into sales executives’ productivity 
• Follow up with the financial department the invoiced operation to ensure cash collection is paid on the due dates and to accelerate the payments process with customers if needed
• Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company when needed
• Receive booking from clients, advise the client with the price and follow up the shipment process with the operation section until the arrival of the shipment to its destination
