UAS, A leading Egyptian Supplier for Communication and Electronics Solutions is expanding its activities in electronics and Industrial field.We are looking for Dynamic Sales Engineers to join UAS family.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- To have good understanding of technologies such as Fiber optics, PDH, SDH, OTN, RF, Mobile communication, communication systems, Packet networking.
- To have good understanding of the solutions and products of interest.
- To be responsible for pre-sales and technical sales activities such as but not limited to:
- Studying products and solutions,
- Making technical comparisons,
- Preparing and conducting customer presentations of the solutions of interest,
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals, arranging for and attending technical and sales events with our Suppliers and Customers,
- Preparing and demonstrating hands-on sessions/workshops to get the customers acquainted to the solutions we offer in coordination with the product and account managers.
- Ppreparing and conducting professional product, solution and/or technology-oriented training to the customers,
- Handling the sales cycle through the vtiger CRM system till the closure.
- To closely work with the different Business units and departments of the company along the tendering and offering phase
- To support and collaborate with the Account Managers and Business Developers along the sales cycle and help them to sustain the long-lasting good relationship with the customers and suppliers.
- To support the bid management efforts
- To attend the local and/or abroad meetings, training, workshops and/or field trials as per the business requirements
- To conduct internal knowledge transfer sessions within the organization which should leverage the technical skills and knowledge of the candidates within the organization.
- To be continuously up to date of the new solutions and technologies in relation to the business lines which he is supporting
Job Requirements
- Work experience: 0 – 2 years.
- Should be results oriented.
- Should practice and show ownership and professional commitment to the assigned tasked.
- Should master Customer care skills.
- Bachelor degree in communications engineering
- Good knowledge of IP networking (CCNA or others networking certificates will be a plus)
- Mobile communication systems and technologies knowledge
- Be familiar with the sales cycle and activities (is a plus)
- Be familiar with CRM (is a plus)
- Telecom Transmission and Access technologies knowledge
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent in Arabic and English languages (writing, reading and speaking)
- Good computer skills (Windows, MS package, internet search...). Linux or other OS systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel locally (inside Egypt) and abroad.
- Ability to work individually or within a team.
- Ability to self-study and self-learn when required.
- Ability to interface with customers and handle their technical requests.
