Job Description

The desired candidate will be responsible for the following functions within the supply chain department:

  • Procurement
  • Inventory Management & Cost Control
  • Warehouse Management
  • Transportation of meals and products to sites

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant position in hotels & restaurants business.
  • Has a bachelor's degree.
  • Very good English language both written and spoken.
  • He should be able to design the required processes, policies & procedures to all sub-functions above.
  • Should cooperate with Executive Chef & Kitchen Manager to fulfill all operational needs and design the needed processes to automate the ordering process and maintain healthy sufficient stock providing timely delivery of meals & products to clients.
  • Should have the experience in working on different inventory management systems
