Job Description
- Receiving from the Sales Department the new accounts’ form and the contract that contains all the details “Clients’ contacts, no. of agents needed and their salaries, etc. ”
- Collect all data and requirements from the clients and communicate them internally with the concerned parties.
- Define and formulate project scope of work document, getting clients’ approval on it then send it to the internal concerned parties and initiate internal kick-off meeting with them.
- Create a project plan and send it to all concerned parties, follow up on it and send progress reports.
- Create and update the service manual (SM).
- Identify the relevant KCRPs, KSPs and associated metrics required by the clients and end-user.
- Act as a focal point during the project implementation.
- Launching the project and audit on it to make sure that it meets the client’s requirements.
- Formulate acceptance form for the client” contains a survey to know his level of satisfaction”.
- Responsible for implementing set up for new sites.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Working in the project management field or at least experienced in project management.
Essential Qualification
- High School and Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Indicative Certifications & Training
- Project Management Professional Certification is a plus.
Indicative Years of Experience
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a call center.
