Job Description
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Understand the unique industry buyer personas, channel strategy and buying process.
- Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results on a weekly basis.
- Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.
- Social media moderation and reports.
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content.
- Manage Leads and CRM aligning with Digital Marketing Manager and Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional work experience in Digital Marketing
- 1 year experience at least in Real Estate
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports.
- Good computer skills.
