Job Description
The Head of Animation is responsible for day-to-day operations and long-term strategic management of the department. You will be responsible for the creative output and long term vision of Animation workflows
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Initiating New Animated Content For Brands
- Building Strong Animation Direction Concepts. Building Animations & Visual Concepts & Motion Boards for video and social media outlets
- Develop & Propose New Initiatives For The Assigned Brands
- Timely delivery of assets
- Manage Amendment Rounds Effectively
- Quality Control - Have A Close Eye On Detail For All Deliverables
- Attentive monitoring of technical and logistical concerns
- Sets forth the workflow for the department, and ensures effective communication between the rest of the departments
- Continuously reviews the work created by the animation team offers critiques
Job Requirements
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Knowledge and experience in motion graphics
- Deep knowledge of Adobe CC suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong conceptual and presentation skills you should be able to convey your ideas with confidence and clarity!
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects, adapt to change in a deadline-driven environment.
Communicative (written and verbal) and collaborative - Social media design experience (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
- A keen eye for video and motion graphic trends and software
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Exercise patience, problem-solving and mediation skills
- Strong creative ability
- Excellent team building skills
