Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Local Purchasing
- Builds, maintains and updates Suppliers and contracts data base.
- Negotiate all prices of purchasing items and contracts rates.
- Following up all supplies starting from PO issuing until delivery.
- Prepares purchasing reports.
- Searches for new sourcing in the market regularly.
- Co-ordinate with the plant teams the purchasing priorities.
- Liaising with the finance DPT the payables and the daily transaction.
- Evaluation of the quotations and issuing comparative statements.
- Monitors the purchase request and gets quotations.
- Maintain suppliers’ evaluation form.
- Handling and following up the services contractors (End product
- transportation , daily worker, ,,,etc
- Material & Machinery strong knowledge.
- Dealing with government Authorities.
- Customs & Clearance background.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree Commerce / Business Administration
- Office package/computer skills
- Negotiation & Communications skills
- Organized /Oriented /Committed
- Self motivated / enthusiastic /ambitious
- Age :28 – 33
- Prefer Giza Resident
