Job Description
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Create and implement maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
- Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
- Oversee equipment stores stoke and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
- Managing all equipment maintenance, repair and upkeep operations of our company’s equipment.
- Your duties will include maintaining equipment, planning , repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.
- Follow up with site maintenance Engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Very good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- 15‐18 years of experience in construction companies
- Very good command of English Language.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with people at various levels from helpers to seniors, management experience
- People management skills
- High quality of Equipment repairing with time frame
- Equipment management System.
- Proven experience in a maintenance and management role, with excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
