Job Description
- Determining Customers Requirements by Offering Products and Services.
- Selling and Promoting the Company Products to the Clients.
- Maintaining Service Time and Quality.
- Following the Company Sales Policies and Procedures, including The Dress Code Rules, Handling Style and Sales Codes of Conduct Preserving the Company Image.
- Establishing and Maintaining Professional Relationships with Existing and New Clients.
- Creating and Updating a Solid Clients Database.
- Receiving, Labeling and Arranging the Products at the Company Showrooms.
- Following up Delivery with Drivers and Warehouse(s) to Ensure Fast, and Accurate Delivery.
- Responsible for Stock Availability, Accuracy, Product Safety, and Repairing for any Problems or Differences to Contributing to Stock Control and Maintaining More Efficiency.
- Contacting Clients after Sales to Receive a Services Feedback and to Provide Ongoing Support.
- Preparing Sales Report and Deliver it to the Direct Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is a Must.
- 1-3 Years of Retail Sales Experience (Preferably in the Same Field or a Close to it).
- Courses or Workshops in Sales are Preferred.
- Maximum age 35 Years Old.
- Excellent Selling, Communication, and Negotiation Skills are Strongly Requires.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
- Presentable.
- Able to Understand and Deal with Different Types of Customers.
- Cairo Residents Only.
- Males Only (Due to Nature and Working Conditions).
