Job Description

Primary Purpose of the job:

  • Develop and implement an effective marketing plan to maximize PEG revenues, profit and market share.
  • Maintain a focused marketing position of leadership with a multi-faceted approach that embraces all sales and industrial segments and customers.
  • Evaluate and tabulate competitive position, quality of services of key competitors. Devise aggressive marketing and promotion campaigns to differentiate services, increase exposure to achieve incremental marketing share.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensure strategic key account activity is prioritized, planned, organized and penetrated and that targeted PEG revenue/profitability is delivered.
  • Develop joint growth /defense strategies for the covered key account.
  • Maintain consistent and regular communication with all interested parties to ensure a coherent integrated approach to key accounts.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing initiatives and plans in support of the sales and growth opportunities identified for all key accounts.
  • Use all available management information to optimize commercial opportunities, identify trends and maintain knowledge of the financial performance of the key account.
  • Seek out and secure opportunities for growth for the PEG Group within current and potential key account.
  • Developing the advertising and promotion activities and their execution within departmental marketing plans.
  • Implement and administer suppliers and PEG incentives programs
  • Monitoring industry statistics, reporting on economic indicators and issuing Pins reports
  • Managing the company web site
  • Ensure that PEG is represented in public with professional image.
  • Develop communication and marketing strategies to promote products and services in alignment with company goals and targets.
  • Build communication and marketing plans to implement the developed strategies by identifying the appropriate marketing channel to effectively execute the strategy.
  • Monitoring and reporting sales team coverage and participation levels.
  • Establish and maintain projects data base to enable effective tracking and updating of mega projects.
  • Sell the Air Compressors from PICO Stock and back to back orders

KPIs/KPAs :

  • 100% achievement of the revenue and profit targets.
  • Steady and tangible growth in the business and satisfaction levels of IR key account.
  • 100% achievement of the volume and value sales targets

Job Requirements

Education :

  • Bsc mechanical or Electrical engineering

Experience :

  • 5 years experience in a similar field

  • Excellent in selling skills (negotiation, customer relation, planning.
  • Excellent Technical skills (product knowledge).
  • Excellent PC Skills (Operating System / Ms Office /Internet, etc)

  • Must have effective communication, negotiation skills.
