Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets
- Generate new leads & opportunities
- Having an understanding of products & services, Educate customers, Manage customer accounts, follow up orders, deliveries, RMA etc.
- Update CRM, keep it up to date with latest customer interactions, meeting info etc.
- Work with marketing team to boost interest in the market.
- Coordinate with the principal companies to offer better customer experience
Job Requirements
- IT / Telecom Sales Background
- 2-5 years of experience
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Arabic)
