Job Description

  • Provide Soft Skills training to new employees on effective quality call handling
  • Provide operational training on multiple accounts
  • Prepare knowledge base and training materials for new accounts
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of training by administering tests and evaluations
  • Lead monthly quality calibration sessions with Supervisors and Quality Control
  • Create workshops on topics such as Team Building
  • Identify the need for a customer service department and work to create a training program for the new role.
  • Develop measurable training objectives related to new hire needs

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English
  • A bachelor degree is required
  • Very good communication skills
  • 2 years of experience as a trainer in the call center industry
  • Preferable males
  • Flexibility and ability to work in shifts and travel when needed
