Job Description
- Provide Soft Skills training to new employees on effective quality call handling
- Provide operational training on multiple accounts
- Prepare knowledge base and training materials for new accounts
- Measure and report the effectiveness of training by administering tests and evaluations
- Lead monthly quality calibration sessions with Supervisors and Quality Control
- Create workshops on topics such as Team Building
- Identify the need for a customer service department and work to create a training program for the new role.
- Develop measurable training objectives related to new hire needs
Job Requirements
- Excellent English
- A bachelor degree is required
- Very good communication skills
- 2 years of experience as a trainer in the call center industry
- Preferable males
- Flexibility and ability to work in shifts and travel when needed
