Job Description
- Install, Configure and Administer Microsoft windows 10 and windows Server (2012/2016)
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Active Directory, file server.
- Install, Configure and Administer Microsoft office 2016 -2019 and office 365.
- Solve the Hardware and software Problems on the Users Machine
- Solve basics Printing Problems on the Network and handling the print servers.
- Solve technical network problems. Internal and external.
- Provide Support for all users (Head Office – Stores)
Job Requirements
- Network Courses (A+ N+).
- Microsoft courses (MCSA, MCSE or MSITP).
- Cisco courses (CCNA).
- English good (read – write).
- Work under stress
- Team work skills
- Flexible on time
- Basic knowledge about Virtualization (VMware - Hyper-V)
- Basic knowledge about Sophos & fortigate
