Responsibilities:

• Developing software solutions based on D365 by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development life cycle.
• Involving in the implementation, including installation, testing, communicating and documenting of the solution.
• Working closely with IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Developing a variety of documentation such as strategies, plans, designs, usage or configuration standards, policies, guidelines, user requirements, road maps, reports, metrics, process manuals, configuration manuals, and other documentation specific and necessary for the targeted product or service.
• Perform many of the functional/technical tasks to improve their D365 implementation.
• Review changes with management and performs required updates.
• Developing data migration tools for migrating customer's data into D365.
• Assist with the preparation of the project status report, project timeline, and project budget.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
