Job Description
- Ensure that all workings are done in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Improve processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
- Contribute towards the achievement of the group’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
- Control inventory and plan effective strategies for the financial well-being
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Resolving performance issues among staff and volunteers engaged in services.
- Monitoring performance against targets and for all contracts including performance of any sub-contracting partners
- Manage, develop, and motivate the operations team in order to ensure high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPIs are met.
- Ensure Automation employees’ engagement, retention and decrease employee turnover.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 11 years of experience in the field of operations
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in the industry, with minimum of 4 years in similar position
- Industrial experience in (DCS, PLC, ESD, SCADA, and Instrumentation, BMS, Fire & Security)
- Past/Current Sectors Experience: (Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utility)
- Regional Experience (Europe, Africa, GCC) is a plus
- PMP Certified
- Previous experience in leading a team is preferable
