Job Description
Essential Roles and Responsibilities :
Showroom :
- Provides visitors with reliable information regarding product specifications, suitability ..etc.
- Maintains product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to visitors.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment
- Monitors visitor access and maintain safety awareness
Customer Service :
- Answers phone calls and replies to customers inquires
- Handles complaints and ensures resolving any customers’ issues.
- Prepares daily maintenance schedules.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- In charge of spare parts inventory
- Performing out duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field (Customer Service - Showrooms).
- Hurghada Resident is a must
- The ability to communicate effectively in English Language
- Males only
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Work Conditions:
- Working hours: 09:00 a.m – 8:00 p.m
- Days off: Only Friday, Saturday is a working day on overtime basis included in the salar
- Gross Monthly Salary is: EGP 7000
