Job Description
- Reports Testing Status.
- Interact with the business owner to better understand the product requirements.
- Prepare Test plan.
- Validate the quality of the testing requirements such as testability, test design and script, test automation, etc.
- Staying updated about the latest test approaches and tools.
- Ensuring that test-product documentation is complete.
- Schedule testing activities
- Selection of right test tools after interacting with the vendors.
- Ensure that all automated testing related activities are carried out as per the standards defined by the company.
- Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.
- Push team continuously to innovate.
- Motivating team and taking informative quick decisions.
- Reviewing status reports from team managers and taking appropriate actions accordingly.
- Create backup plans for all the testing strategies.
- Responsible for recruiting software testing outsourced staff.
- Supervising all testing activities carried out by the team and identifies team members who require more training.
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years' experience.
- Computer Sceince/Engineering
- Agile ISTQB is preferred.
- Business background is preferred.
- Good time-management skills.
- Knowledge in Automation is a must.
- Payments and FinTech experience is preferable.
