Job Description
- Supervise and organize the Workshop resources (Team leaders, time keepers, office supplies, computer system, etc.) to ensure availability for customer requirements.
- Ensure the speedy and appropriate repair and maintenance of customer vehicles and compliance with all the company’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure a high quality of work in the workshop area (deadlines, execution, and billing) in order to meet customers’ requirements.
- Ensure that team leaders take proper care of a customer car who has returned work or who has a complaint on the service render.
- Reporting on various matters, as required, to the Service Manager.
Job Requirements
- B sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years in service operation in a reputable dealership of which 2 years should be in a supervisory capacity
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel and email and
- Ability to use of computer databases
