Job Description
- Manages the security & housekeeping teams ensuring that they provide the required support for the other departments.
- Manages the employees Transportation facilities, reviewing buses capacity, routes & cost in order to ensure providing our employees good transportation facility while achieving cost savings.
- Manages the fleet team & supervises their work, travel schedules (to & from EM) and inside Cairo missions.
- Ensures that the company cars are well maintained & that the preventative & periodical maintenance are done on time. Also that the car licenses are valid & to renew them on time.
- Manages the Security teams ensuring that the company premises are well secured & that all the security measurements are well implemented.
- Leads, directs and trains the security team to ensure that they have all the needed skills to perform their job effectively.
- Identifies and assess the security threats and risks which may affect operations countrywide.
- Develops and implements risk reduction measures and associated plans and procedure.
- Manages the housekeeping staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty.
- Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the company. Reviewing work schedules & shifts assignment for the housekeeping team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Graduate studies in the fields of investigation and research
- Experience not less than 15 years in the field of security
- Knowledge of English and computer skills is needed.
- Ability to lead a team and upgrade performance.
- Ability to work flexibly with daily stress and with big number of workers.
