Job Description
- Maintain customer focus to achieve the highest level of service within all centers.
- Answering phone calls, customer inquiries customers’ bookings & communicate with physicians for following up appointments & providing exams information to the customers.
- Booking & scheduling appointments in compliance with the management system, while taking into consideration critical situations & ways of handling them.
- Coordinating work schedule & shifts with colleagues before leaving & review cash issues with Reception Supervisor.
- Recording data after the completion of all required documents (For Contracts).
- Complete usage of the software systems to maintain data information & organize information.
- Handling customers’ inquiries & complaints in a professional way to maintain the company’s image.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
