Job Description

  • Maintain customer focus to achieve the highest level of service within all centers.
  • Answering phone calls, customer inquiries customers’ bookings & communicate with physicians for following up appointments & providing exams information to the customers.
  • Booking & scheduling appointments in compliance with the management system, while taking into consideration critical situations & ways of handling them.
  • Coordinating work schedule & shifts with colleagues before leaving & review cash issues with Reception Supervisor.
  • Recording data after the completion of all required documents (For Contracts).
  • Complete usage of the software systems to maintain data information & organize information.
  • Handling customers’ inquiries & complaints in a professional way to maintain the company’s image.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Male or Female
