Job Description
- Manage large scale quantitative & qualitative market research projects, within timeline and to specification, including working closely with marketing colleagues
- Perform very detailed quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy
- Perform market research and questionnaire design
- Prepare reports and presentations in MS Power Point.
- Develop an understanding of our clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate, specifically the healthcare area
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting needs, with a primary focus on evaluating and translate the needs into data processing and analytical plans.
- Synthesize, interpret, and translate data trends and analytical results for various levels of stakeholders
- Assisting with data exploration and analysis for research projects with open-ended questions
- Conducting information, search and review to identify gaps and needs for grant development and research/evaluation methodology refinement
Job Requirements
- BA in pharmacy, Dentistry, Medicine, biology or chemistry with an emphasis on health care) and/or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector
- Experience in medical or pharmaceutical market research is strongly preferred.
- Have a strong drive and interest in learning more about specific disease areas in depth, and the overall healthcare industry
- Has a curious mindset and enjoys asking questions and leveraging data and analytics to seek for answers
- Are self-motivated, with a positive attitude, and extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Has knowledge of qualitative & quantitative market research
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office productivity software
- Have great organization skills and strive in a deadline driven environment
