Job Description
- Analyzing critical path, histogram and productivity of the resources (manpower and cost).
- Providing the service of value engineering, preparing projects planning, negotiating with contractor and sub-contractor.
- Reviewing contracts (Consultants – Contractors) , invoices, BOQ’s.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in projects management.
- Have a solid experience in handling big construction projects.
- Excellent user of AutoCAD, PowerPoint & other software.
- Experience in architectural design, details and managerial projects construction
- Experience in diverse types of cases and claims and can establish a robust and effective delay claims
