Job Description
- Monitoring of language programs
- Appoints language program coordinators for all language programs
- Recommends modifications in language programs and presents these to chairs and to the cognizant Dean
- Supervision and evaluation of language teaching staff
- Conducts assessments of each staff member
- Approves all language teaching staff hires and re-hires
- Create and modify testing and evaluation processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations (TPE-Monitoring sessions)
- Provide the company with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Provide performance feedback.
- Conduct continuing education training.
- Deliver technical training for team of Instructors and Seniors
- Develop, implement, deliver and monitor training programs within the company
Job Requirements
- Must have at least five years of experience in mid-sized or large organizations of the same field.
- Proven ability developing new techniques, creating curriculum design and applying adult learning principles
- Fluency in English is a must
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Post Graduate studies in Education or Linguistics or Management are preferable.
- CELTA Certified
- IELTS Examiner
- TEFL Certification
