Job Description
- Monitor and Manage Cairo Scan and its affiliations data network (LAN / WAN) effectively and efficiently.
- Install, support and maintain Cairo
- Scan and its affiliations data network hardware and Interoperability operating system according to best practices, including routers, switches, wifi controllers, firewall ( UTM ) –including Debugging for application port missing and policy Deployment.
- Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints.
- Monitor network usage anticipate problems and suggest solutions.
- Develop record and maintain network administration and network security documentation.
- support and maintain hardware and software for firewall ( UAC ) and be sure that agent is installed on client and troubleshooting to sure and the client will access the internet is satisfy Designed rules.
- Web filtering signature review and update.
- Administer IPS and IDS signature review and update, Log Indexing for security Devices and blacklist updated.
- Manage Anti-virus and anti-spyware console.
- Assist the development of security tool requirements, trials, and evaluations, as well as security operations procedures and processes.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes.
- Design and draw diagram, explain and plan for future upgrades
- Follow IT management procedures and participate in any requested improvement initiative.
- Work closely with the Information Security section head and follow all related Information Security policies.
- Perform all required documentation and participate in any related development activities and ensure following all related directions.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the IT management
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree or higher in Computer Science, or related specialty.
- Network professional certification (e.g JNCIS – for juniper Network or CCNP – for Cisco Network … etc).
- +5 years of expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and controllers, and monitoring application.
