Job Description
- Present and sell company’s projects to different clients' class
Prepare a presentation, proposals, and sales contracts - Ability to build a trust relationship and strong communications with clients
- Schedule and Following up meetings with clients and maintain strong communication.
- Search for new customers and update the database with new data and updating the existing one
- Understanding your customers’ needs and Achieving assigned sales target
- Managing customer requirements
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the real estate field - Commercial
- Strong selling, communication, negotiation skills
