Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Install and resolve devices such as (Pcs,printers…etc)
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Install and resolve computer for users.

Job Requirements

  • Mcsa 2012 or 2016 certified is a recommendation
  • Linux+ or Rhcsa certified or self study.
  • Experience from 0 to 2 years in same position.
  • Have a good experience in Windows.
  • Have a good experience in Linux OS is a Must.
  • Have a good experience in Microsoft Office.
