- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Install and resolve devices such as (Pcs,printers…etc)
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Install and resolve computer for users.
Job Requirements
- Mcsa 2012 or 2016 certified is a recommendation
- Linux+ or Rhcsa certified or self study.
- Experience from 0 to 2 years in same position.
- Have a good experience in Windows.
- Have a good experience in Linux OS is a Must.
- Have a good experience in Microsoft Office.
