Job Description
- Responsible for all of the business operations of the lounge establishment.
- Help develop, implement and continually improve service standards
- Consistently demonstrate to guests and team members a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation of Catering values
- Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible to service to guests at all times.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and other team member meetings as required.
- Resolve guest concerns/issues efficiently and courteously to prevent a reoccurrence and ensure guest will become a repeat customer.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years of Experience in managing clients face to face. (Hotels or restaurants background are preferred)
- Very Good English
- Highly presentable
