Job Description
- Participate in preparing the annual budget for sales area to present to the retail sales sector director to support the achievement of the planned goals & targets for the region.
- Track the sales curve of region to distribute the sales target of branches accordingly.
- Direct the sales team to create selling opportunities for the customers inside the region, which contribute to stimulating the movement of sales of slow-moving products.
- Analyze sales of region compared to planned targets to figure out achieved.
- Prepare a monthly report on competitors in the sales market to find out the volume of competitors sales.
- Follows up on the visits plan for the branch managers of the branches to ensure the progress of work and to solve any problems that the branch sales team may face.
- Monitor the region’s stock of necessary products to ensure there is sufficient stock to complete sales operations within the branches
- Direct solving customer problems to support customer satisfaction
- Leads, evaluates and motivates subordinates to improve and develop performance rates
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Post Graduate: MBA is a plus.
- Other qualifications:
- Full experience in retail sales
- Solid background in sales management
- Basic Skills:
- English Level: Good
- MS Office Level: Good
- Years of Experience: From: 12 to 15 Years
