Job brief

We are looking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator to perform various reporting and data processing tasks.

HRIS Administrator responsibilities include managing our internal databases, keeping employee records in digital formats and educating users on how to use our HR systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with database administration and Human Resources Management software, like payroll or applicant tracking systems.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for the proper and effective operation of our HR software.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain the HRIS

  • It’s the job of HRIS administrators to keep the HRIS database up to date with changes in employee information or organization rules. This involves creating accounts for new hires and modifying data during common situations such as employee promotions or terminations, salary changes, and new tax rates.
  • Verify Data Integrity
  • HRIS administrators regularly conduct system audits to guarantee data integrity. They often reach out to department units or individuals to confirm employee information and check company policies. Auditing is especially crucial before generating payroll, since errors in data can have a huge impact and will be difficult to correct afterwards.
  • Generate Reports
  • Given their unparalleled access to company and employee data, HRIS administrators are in charge of generating reports on key metrics such as demographics and turnover rate. Additionally, most systems are equipped with analytics, and HRIS administrators can take advantage by studying more complex trends such as highs in organizational performance

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Process employee data like leaves and benefits
  • Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases (for example, headcount and turnover reports)
  • Gather payroll data like wages and working hours
  • Update employee records with new hire information
  • Develop data processing guidelines

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Work experience as an HRIS Administrator, Data Entry or similar role
  • V.good Command of English
  • Hands-on experience with databases and HR software
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations
  • BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Confidentiality problem, solving and clear communication
