Job Description
- Sets the management, coordination and monitoring framework for patient care delivery.
- Accesses and improving systems and processes within Andalusia's updated set of services.
- Acts as an advocate for patients/clients and staff and promotes consumer involvement in care delivery.
- Assists in delivering the best-in-class services delivered by the hospital, by increasing patient retention, ensuring a higher level of satisfaction and avoiding/resolving disputes.
- Works as a delegate of the Hospital manager when dealing with customers' issues.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of medicine of an accredited university is required.
Knowledge
- Excellent Medical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office program.
- Good command of English
