Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all technical aspects related to tenders technical submission.
- Review the compatibility of tender documents (drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities).
- Leading the team of quantity surveyors and responsible for all the tender QS plans and reviews (architectural, structural and MEP).
- Responsible for the preparation of project-related method of statements.
- Responsible for the Tenders Technical Submission.
- Work in conjunction with the estimation teams in preparation of tenders.
