Job Description
- Preparation of stores requisition of monthly stores and other urgent items
- Preparation of material return advice for items returning to stores/workshops
- Receipt of stores and despatch to dredgers and sand field
- Preparation of work order according to the requirement
- Preparation of internal memos as required by the Site Supervisor/ Superintendent/Operations manager.
- Collection of Dredgers daily reports from the dredger/s and dispatch to site supervisor.
- Arrangements of transport for collecting mail / small spareparts and to transport crew.
- Communicate with Senor Dredge Master/ Sand field Supervisor for any requirements
- Preparation of monthly pipeline/cutter teeth/ Cutter/ Gas bottle reports on the basis of report from senior dredge master/ sand field
- Coordinate with Logistics Section for any requirements of tugs barges etc...
Job Requirements
- High education preferred mechanical engineering.
Verbal Communication/ Language Skills
- Required: English.
- Preferred: Arabic.
- Any other language is an asset.
Written Communication Skills
- Required: English.
- Preferred: Arabic.
- Any other language is an asset.
IT Skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Oracle user is preferred.
Other
- Flexibility: being longer periods of time on duty.
