Job Description

  • This is a leadership role with massive growth potential that encompasses the following dimensions:-
  • Growing in house technical capabilities in a profitable manner where costs & sales revenue are closely monitored in line with Securitas’s global vision.
  • Selecting & monitoring Partners to which we can jointly implement & maintain new business with.
  • Management of in-house Technical Team, allocating tasks, ensuring timelines are met in accordance with agreed process
  • Strategic project management for select large scale investments.
  • Providing technical solutions to new & existing Securitas corporate customers
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the Technical pre sales process by :
  • Identifying new customer technical requirements & transforming their risks into security solutions.
  • Personally, or in coordination with either partners or sales/ operations team, surveying new & current customer sites.
  • Designing or choosing the correct partners to design solutions based on needs presenting a solution individually.
  • Consulting with your technical teams & chosen partners about capabilities, selecting the provider of choice.
  • Negotiating technical proposals submitted by nominated partners to suite the value
  • Securitas aims to generate.
  • Proposing solutions to sales that upsell our value proposition to make it less manpower dependent; ie technology instead of guarding to the sales team/customer.
  • Post nomination; Procuring the solution according to specs & supplier of choice.
  • Drive the implementation team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical solutions in presentations internally and externally in a professional manner, within agreed timeframes
  • Deliver quarterly training & “new innovation” workshops on solutions and provide product
  • support to other functions (sales & operations) when needed.
  • Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
  • Sell technical solutions internal & external customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Provide accurate monthly reporting of your team projects in pipedrive, for management.
  • Any other tasks related to his/her responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • From 3 to 5 years in managerial level in the same field.
  • Over all of 10+ years of experience
  • Electrical Engineering background with a proven capability of designing LC solutions or security solution experience is a MUST.
  • Ability to cope under pressure & prioritize work for self & team (engineer& 3 technicians)
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with cross functional departments such as sales & operations.
  • Organized yet driven; Able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative & adaptive approaches
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Customer centric presentation skills based on value based selling principals.
  • Demonstrated leadership and excellent virtual communication skills. ( eg Collaboration platforms such as Teams/ Workplace by facebook/ external email…)
  • Able to understand customer business budget drivers and risks.
