Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive

  • SPARK is a high-performance modest sportswear brand engineered in Germany and made in Egypt, aiming to empower women through sport. Together with female athletes from national teams worldwide SPARK has developed its high-performance sportswear range at their research facility in Stuttgart, Germany. The three pillar system: comfort, security and fit enables female athletes to focus on the sport and refrain from having to constantly adjust their outfits because slipping hijabs, tops riding up or layered outfits that accumulate too much heat. All SPARK fabrics are cooling, UV50+ resistant and hypoallergenic (do not cause skin irritations) and are suitable for any sport.
  • We are seeking a dynamic and high energy individual to work in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment as our digital marketing executive. You have a real passion for and proven ability to lead initiatives on online marketing platforms and to create a digital marketing strategy with the end goal of increasing brand awareness and sales effectively. Must have experience with media buying on social media, google analytics, SEO's, creating marketing campaigns, and reporting on the outcomes of the marketing initiatives. Must also be aware of all new social media tools and online tools for marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Plan social media strategy, identify and create opportunities, create plan& timeline
  • Sourcing and networking to create digital marketing opportunities
  • Responsible to execute social media strategy together with head of brand and graphic designer
  • Understanding and implement SPARK tone of voice and brand identity to effective create digital content
  • Ability to improve SEO and google listings (analyze website with google analytics, identify/analyze keywords, meta tags, push and hype products based on analytics)
  • Maintain and create plan for SPARK digital/ social media platforms (FB, Insta, linked-in, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Reddit,..)
  • Media buying Middle East (identify online sales platform advertising opportunities/ posts about spark by influencers, PR articles (eg. Cairo Scene)
  • Establish contact to influencers, athletes, related sports entities in Middle East
  • Track/ re-target customers and follow up (Mailchimp, abandoned basket advertising)
  • Improve clicktrough rate/ call to action on SPARK digital platforms, identify @s, #s, taglines
  • SEO basic coding skills
  • Knowledge in indexing websites for SPARK website
  • Be familiar with common digital marketing tools (eg.google adwords, keyword identifier, analytics, adsense, trends, wordtracker, etc)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Min. 3-4 yrs experience in digital marketing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in related field + 3-4 years of experience in related filed
