Job Summary:
- QA Officer responsibilities include estimating, and coordinating testing activities. Also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the executed various test types, and make sure that the major test phases are properly identified and sequenced per project.
- Provide leadership by defining, developing, implementing, and championing QA standards, processes, and tools.
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, cohesive team effort, and constant improvement.
- Build the SQA plan with the project or product managers, and make sure that SQA role is applied and followed correctly through each project life cycle.

Qualifications and Experience
- BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Information System or any other related field.
- 7 years of experience
- Minimum 3 year experience as Senior QA Officer.
