Job Description
- Ensure profitable sales growth, revenue through planning, execution and management of all Trade Channels.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish and execute sales goals.
- Lead, coach & energize diverse sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large & Key Account Customers.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Liaise with Trade Marketing team to ensure consistent execution & excellence across all Trade Channels.
- Adhere to internal control processes & systems.
- Participate in developing and upgrading policies & procedures including incentives scheme and rewarding mechanisms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any qualified degree in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field, MBA preferable.
- 15+ years commercial experience in FMCG.
- Expertise in all & across Trade Channels.
