Job Description
- Responsible for setting an objective for the whole department.
- Plan and manage facility services such as Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Security, and Hospitality.
- Control and manage health and safety standards, responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards.
- Managing risks to facilities and personnel.
- Initiate projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design necessary preventive and remedial plans for replacements and repairs
- Generate and present regular reports, analyze data for the management and take actions to increase productivity
- Follow up schedule necessary maintenance and management tasks during the times that disrupt the business and its employees.
