Job Description
- Contracts & Agreements ( Draft various contracts in different fields, e.g. Letters of Intent, letters of Engagement , Work on predictability during negotiations and drafting phases by balancing costs against risks, determine metrics for quality/delivery and methods of assessment to identify problems and conflicts early before occurrence.)
- Preparing and filing government reports.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products.
- Representing the corporation before administrative boards and court trials.
