Job Description
- Supervises operation of plumbing, and fire fighting system.
- Reviews tender documents and specifications for BOQs of HVAC, F.F, and plumbing.
- Prepares technical offers and out estimating costs by coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure choosing the best offer with the lowest price.
- Improves design experience by maintaining the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Analyzes and interprets project blueprints.
- Facilitates the construction and installation of machine components.
- Checks machine components for functionality.
- Delegates tasks to various project employees.
- Ensures the project is completed on time and budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same position
- Problem-solving skills
