Job Description
- Maintaining the definition and clarification of quality standards for hospital personnel Supervising and assisting in recording and reviewing departmental policies and procedures.
- Follow up on the implementation and organization of internal reviews and follow up on corrective actions caused by it.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and development in developing the necessary plans
- Assist in the internal training of workers to achieve quality goals
- Developing quality projects according to work requirements.
- Assist the Director of Quality Management in carrying out his duties.
Job Requirements
- From 1-3 years of experience in Hospitals Quality.
- Bachelor Degree
