Interacts closely with developers, business analysts, tests and key stakeholders to ensure the right tasks are being worked on
Manage/Monitor/Control the entire project life cycle
Own and drive all technical project management activities including requirements gathering, scope management, sprint planning and any related initiatives
Track and communicate project status to the team and management
Work with key stakeholders to define scope, deliverables and timelines of projects
Help translate business goals into technical requirements and vice versa
Write statements of work for custom projects
Act as technical reference for the team- when needed.
Help with client focused QA and technical tickets/issues/questions
Communicate issues clearly to clients and staff, assertively, and with curiosity and enthusiasm
Show experience in managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully and influencing stakeholders across the teams
Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility
Provide project status reports highlighting the accomplishments, risks, mitigation and other pertinent key performance indicators

Bachelor of computer science and information systems.
Fluent English language (Verbal/Writing)
7+ years of Project Management experience and demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
PMP certification is MUST
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate strong facilitation ability
Project management experience - you have successfully led projects with internal teams
Client experience - you have led meetings or calls with clients
Technical Knowledge of MS .Net & SQL Server database is preferred
Practical Knowledge of MS Azure hosting is a PLUS
Knowledge MS Azure DevOPS is MUST
Proficient in MS Project & Visio.
Deep understanding of software development principles
Deep understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools
Must have excellent leadership and communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry, with in-depth knowledge of products/services/applications preferred
