Job Description

  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  • Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
  • Submit reports on sales activities and results
  • Follow up the implementation of training with Academy training managers
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Support Training Accounts Executives on the sales operations after the deal is done

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a General Accountant preferably in the training field.
  • Experienced in using MS office applications and ERP systems.
  • Good command of English.
