Job Description
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up
- Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Submit reports on sales activities and results
- Follow up the implementation of training with Academy training managers
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Support Training Accounts Executives on the sales operations after the deal is done
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a General Accountant preferably in the training field.
- Experienced in using MS office applications and ERP systems.
- Good command of English.
