Develop an internal annual calibration plan and send it to the Deputy Director of the Electricity Department for review and access, then send it to the Quality Assurance Department for review and make the necessary adjustments to add new devices / remove some worn-out devices from the calibration plan.
Setting the external annual calibration plan and sending it to the Deputy Director of the Electricity Department for review and access, then sending it to the Quality Assurance Department and then sending a list of devices to the external calibration companies to send quotes and choose the best and most suitable calibration offer.
Follow up on the main works in the plan and calibrating the devices according to the specified date for calibration of each device, internal and external equipment
Issuing calibration certificates for devices that have already been calibrated and approved with a calibration seal from the Deputy Director of the Electricity Department and then sending a copy to the Quality Assurance Department for review.
Daily check-in factory and put the labels on the calibrated devices, making sure of the calibration labels for each device, and monitoring the validity and calibration dates of each device.
Sending requests to purchase equipment needed to operate the equipment to the Procurement Department.
