Job Description
- Provided scientific management for over 315 acres of various crops
- Human Resources management of 20 Blue collars.
- Overall supervision of workforce on the field/crop production department.
- Development and maintenance of daily operation records.
- Development of weekly reports of field crop production activities.
- Finding the best methods for agricultural practices.
- Organic cropping techniques, practices, and materials.
- Conduct terminology, uses, operation and maintenance of tools, parts and equipment used in horticulture, farming, and agriculture.
- Responsible of chemical control of weeds, plant and insect pests. irrigation and propagation methods.
- Work in the agricultural industry to design structures, equipment, and processes.
- Improve the processing and storage of agricultural products.
- Develop pesticide control products and machinery.
- Test products thoroughly for safety issues and defects.
- Soil management, conservation to include erosion and erosion control.
- Physical and chemical properties of materials used in, or produced by, agricultural production.
Job Requirements
- BS in Agricultural Engineering.
- 3-5 experience is the same field.
- Proven experience in Citrus farms is a MUST.
- Age 30’s to 40’s.
