Job Description
The Candidate Should Have/Description:
- Understands and analyses business requirements from a functional perspective and efficiently translate these requirements into the relevant technical design, implementation and documentation.
- Identifies and resolve key issues related to code change requirements and bug fixes
- Actively involved in knowledge transfer both within the Oracle team and to end users.
- Organizes and communicate across functional and technical lines are critical
- Researches and evaluates new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Provides in-depth technical and functional solution to Business Unit and IT management and ensure development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures, and methodologies.
- Performance tuning of custom code
- Constantly monitor code and jobs to optimize performance

Job Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS
- At least 1 year experience in Oracle Fusion
- At least 2 ERP implementations (EBS or Fusion)
- Strong command of the English language
- Understanding the underlying ERP Technology
- Understanding the business processes
- Understanding the Functional Configuration of ERP
- Understanding the Coding and Developmental Standards
- Understanding the Implementation Methodology
- Understanding Project Management and Delivery Skills
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into ERP Solutions
- Understanding the business justification of the requirements
- Understanding good coding guidelines and how to write standard, reusable code
- Understanding the functional design as well as technical design and architecture.
