Job Description
- Participate in sales and marketing plan through full understanding of lighting market in Egypt
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after the initial meeting
- Expand company existing client base
- Develop and build long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Customize lighting solutions to fit client needs
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how company solutions meet client needs
- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas on a quarterly and annual basis
- Support marketing activities by attending exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a well-known university
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Lighting experience is a must
- Having a car is a Plus
- Solid technical understanding of all lighting applications
- Full understanding of the lighting market in Egypt
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- High self-confidence
- Self-reliance and self-motivated
- Very good English
- Willingness to travel
