Job Description
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
- The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
- Present and train on social media strategies to clients
- Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
- Generating accurate reports and status notifications
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
- Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution
- Prepare creative content plans according to the client strategy and requirements with the creative team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects on the go at the same time, keeping all parties informed of progress and problems.
- Propose new ideas for team and clients to upsell and seek process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager
- experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- experience with Google Adwords campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
